The prestigious Spiel des Jahres (SdJ) has announced the nominees for 2006. SdJ is to boardgames what the Oscar is to movies.
Normally the winner is announced in mid-July but this year SdJ has already awarded Special Awards to 2 outstanding games!
- Shadows over Camelot for Special Prize (Fantasy Play), and
- Caylus for Special Prize (Complex Play)
