Is this how it’ll be?

Back from another Fitness First workout. Moving to do more weights but still maintaining my 12-min run on the treadmill. Can keep 10.5-5m now.. hope to improve that to 8m and up the tempo. Burnt 100cal within 10min.

What’s my target? To have toned muscles like this? Hmm…. seriously, those advertisers sure know which sweet spot to press on. hehe…..
