This Kanban Flow tracks the sales pipeline (and fulfillment) for the BGC business. Happy to see the upward trend of the flow and a great appreciation to the BGC team for keeping this going strong. J

Will be writing more about this Kanban methodology as part of my “Project Management consulting” blog but since I’m not likely getting a critical mass on that blog in the early stages, I’ll use this blog as a staging site for the articles (rather than keep deferring the articles until the other blog is ready).
